Best&Less Pty Ltd founded in 1965, is a well-known retailer of clothing and household linens in Australia. They have a bustling brick and mortar presence along with a robust online e-commerce operation.  The company is known for its frugal in-store appearance with minimal fixtures, and its advertising tagline “You don’t pay for any fancy overheads”. It also offers bathroom products, living area products, and school wear.  Additionally, the company provides products in; health, beauty and sport. Best&Less is based in Leichhardt, Australia and in 1998, Best&Less were acquired by Pepkor. The acquisition by Pepkor has enabled Best&Less to expand, and now has over 186 stores located throughout Australia. Best&Less has been working tirelessly on increasing its online presence and simplifying the customer journey across its different product verticals.

Full engagement Summary

Best&Less engaged with FAIR Consulting Group to support their Hybris commerce initiatives. We were asked to take over from a previous SI partner. We aimed to help finish off the enhancements that were underway. As our engagement continued we provided subject matter expertise and digital strategy support in collaboration with the executive team of Best&Less to deliver a recommendation on the Go-To-Market strategy.

Initial short term Hybris Commerce support and enhancement engagement to backfill for Hybris Commerce due to contract with previous SI being terminated.

Defined the entire Go-To-Market Strategy with their head of Marketing, Head of Digital and Head of Service centre, including consolidation, recommendation for Hybris Commerce and other solutions for other brands within the group.
