As part of the Wesfarmers group, Officeworks has an extensive national footprint operating more than 160 retail stores across every state and territory and employing more than 7000 team members.
Officeworks digital marketing
FAIR Consulting Group was enlisted by Officeworks to provide consulting and technical services with a focus on developing and optimising integration solutions for multiple data sources (ERP, CRM and BW) with Adobe Campaign as part of their project to develop a modern digital marketing platform.
FAIR’s consultants objective was to drive change in customer behaviour by increasing customer spend by stimulating upsell, cross-sell and minimising churn.
FAIR’s expert’s involvement with the project included integrations with Salesforce, Coremetrics and POS with the Website. Adobe Audience Manager was also be rolled out to manage Social media communications.
FAIR Consulting Group provided support for all SAP CRM developments and processes which include, bug fixes, note applications, monitoring of middleware errors and jobs.
FAIR’s team worked with the application’s manager to prioritise change requests and execute them within defined SLAs.
FAIR’s experts documented system changes and process flows, for use by other internal and 3rd party teams, to help the integration with SAP CRM and Business users.
